„Everything from a single source“ means that all production steps, from development to the finished product, take place at our headquarters in Steinenbronn and are therefore fully traceable. HumanTech products are delivered and used worldwide only after thorough testing. Our aim is always to meet the highest standards of quality and performance. At our high-tech machine park we develop and produce medical components from prototype through to implantable product in all biocompatible materials including titanium, tantalum, zirconium, stainless steel and PEEK. Our production possibilities include turning, milling, surface treatment, lapping, honing, deep hole drilling, assembly, sterilization and packaging. Our high demands on the end product and the drive to get better and better contribute a large part to the success of the HumanTech story.
The most advanced production prerequisites and the high quality demands are vital for our sustainable success. Ecologically friendly behaviour is a significant element of the company philosophy. All of our production plants are therefore operated according to the latest environmental protection standards. This has been repeatedly confirmed to us over the years through our company’s successful certification according to IS0 14001.
