Another highlight in the company's history came in 2010, when Jochen Hutzel founded HumanTech Germany GmbH. This company, as a successful member of the Hutzel Group, specialized exclusively in the development and manufacture of human implants.
In just a few years, HumanTech Germany GmbH established itself as the market leader under the leadership of Jochen Hutzel and continued its successful course. In 2018, HumanTech Germany GmbH was strategically split into HumanTech Spine GmbH and HumanTech Dental GmbH. This targeted concentration enabled both companies to operate even more effectively in their specific medical fields and continue to drive forward pioneering innovations.
In 2022, the Group's success story reached another significant turning point when a well-known investor, Consult Invest Beteiligungsberatungs GmbH from Böblingen, acquired a majority stake in the company.
